I am currently genttig my MBA at DePaul University with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investment. I would say that you need to check Marylhurst University's accreditation. Also, I am just not sure Marylhurst University will offer you the kind of alumni and support needed to get a job in today's real estate market (which is, obviously, down). I would really try and find out what percentage of others who did the RE concentration online found jobs and what those types of jobs paid. I am not sure what type of area you are in but it may be best to try and get into a traditional program. I would really ask the school for a lot of information before you make such a monetary and time investment. I wish you the best of luck!
